Papertrey Ink's Anniversary Printables Card

Whew!  I honestly didn't think I would get this done!  I'm afraid though it's one of those cards I wish I could submit to one of the Papertrey Ink's desginers to remake.   Totally not one of my favorite cards..but I couldn't pass up the chance to win a gift certificate!  I hope to make more cards for the anniversary celebration.  Hopefully..they are better than this one.

Anyway, when I saw Lizzie's wonderful graphic I thought of balloons.  I didn't have any PTI balloon stamps so I improvised with circles stamped with PTI's Let Freedom Ring .  I added yellow baker's twine and viola instant balloons.  I stamped the background with PTI's Spots and Dots stamp set on only half to supposedly given some weight to the bottom of the card.  I also embossed the craft cardstock with swirls embossing folder to enahance the party feel.  Some sequins finished off the card.
