I'd like to thank all of you who purchased files for my daughter's birthday sale. When I get a chance I will post some pics of the party. She demolished her cake! I am cropping on Monday so I am getting ready...I will have a few new files as a result of the layouts I am doing. Here is one of them coming soon to my gallery. I am still fine tuning it but here is the general idea.

SALE TIME! now through 5/20/08

My precious little girl turns 1 on the 20th so in honor of her birthday I am running a sale! Many files have been reduced to 99cents. I even have a new free file for you but I'm not telling you which one you'll just have to visit my gallery at Cuttersmarket to find out!

Do you love the look of hand stitching on your cards and scrapbook pages but hate the idea of getting the right color thread and finding a needle? Well I have a solution for you. Here is a template I created so you can mimic the look of stitching with a plain old pen. Quick and easy! These stitches would look extra special with the 3-D pens, puff paint or flocking. I used a white pen so you could see it better. You could also use this template as a guide by marking your paper with a pencil before stitching. An added bonus the zig zags pieces remaining when you cut the template look great as accents themselves! Get the file here! I designed them so they aren't entirely perfect...since sewing never is perfect!

Last Sat I got to attend my very first Mother and Daughter banquet with my very own little girl. We had a
grand time! A friend of ours took this photo! I know Adoree is cut off but she is such a wiggly worm it is very hard to get a picture of her. It was nice to have men serve us while we sat for once!

I helped decorate for the banquet and I think everything turned out pretty cute! My cutter made for quick decorations. Find the files for the pictures at the links.

I've gotta get ready for the birthday party! A princess party! How fun! Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for looking and reading!

I created this file for Chris Durnan's challenge so the triangular flower and stitched love are her files. I did use my gift bag with buttons file, my scalloped 12" borders file and Carrie Creations Christmas presents file. I was trying to use up my sticker stash. Since I got a digital cutter my stickers are so lonely! LOL! I used comma stickers for the hearts. I fluid chalked the edges of the large vanilla paper and got to play with my ribbon stash! YIPEE! I really am pleased with the way it turned out! My son truly enjoys being a big brother. He loved his sister from the minute he found out she was in my belly and couldn't wait for her arrival. He bought her this butterfly toy and made a onsie for her with his hand print on it in sibling class. My daughter seems quite interested in him too. He knows how to make her laugh (although now that she is almost 1 he knows how to make her made too!). I feel so blessed!
Have a great evening..yikes I better get the dishwasher loaded and get to bed before tomorrow arrives!

You make my heart sing!

You guys truly do make my heart sing by reading my blog and purchasing my files. Did you get some great files during my NSD sale? You never know when I may have a sale so check this blog often. I hope you will start sending me images of the project you create using my files! Anyway, this is my newest file. I created this card for my anniversary. My husband just loved it! You can find it here. I think it is a very versatile card since you could use the sun, music notes, tree and bird separately on other projects.
My baby girl isn't having a good day since she doesn't want to sleep. She had her first sleep over at my sister-in-laws and did very well but I'm wondering now if she thinks we'll be leaving her again. Off to try and console her.
Thanks for reading and looking!

You make my heart sing!

I designed this card for my hubby for our anniversary. I need to cut it out yet but it looks pretty cute so far. I'm not sure if I'm going to leave the colors blue or not. It was inspired by the all the birds at Clark Park. Thanks Shirley for the inspiration! I will have the file available at Cuttersmarket soon so stayed tuned!
Thanks for looking and reading!
