One layout completed! YIPEEE!

I finally sat down and scrapbooked the other night. I only completed one page but I like how it turned out and it felt so good to scrapbook again! I hope things slow down so I can scrapbook more in the future. My little girl will be 1 year old next month and I haven't scrapped her birth yet!
We were blessed with so many gifts when our baby was born so I am trying to document every single one. This is one layout depicting a gift basket we got from the hospital and flowers we received from Daddy's work.

It uses my scalloped frame for a 12" page file and my peeking bunny Easter basket file. The basket is filled with Carrie's Creations baby accessories file. Stayed tuned I will soon have a scallop collection at my Cuttersmarket gallery soon.

Thanks for reading and looking! Have a wonderful day.

New files uploaded to my gallery just in time for Mother's Day. I have a few great, unique gift ideas to show MOM how much you love her. Don't wait until the last minute...take these files home and get started on that present.

Are you like me and have an abundance of patterned paper but still keep seeing gorgeous patterns you must have! Well why not clean out your stash and make some jewelry with your patterned paper. I have designed a file that will allow you to use your cutter to make paper beads. Click here for that file. I put these together as an all inclusive gift for my church bizarre to sell. I think they turned out really nice. The paper beads are very durable and shiny similar to glass beads. Below are photos of the sets I made. They were a hit at the sale!

This one uses a card file of my own design available here.

This one uses Carrie's Creations layered flowers file available here.

This one uses Butterfly Designs border, borders and more borders available here.

This one uses my latest addiction:Buttons!

I do hope you'll give this technique a try and e-mail me at shellysart@verizon.net with the results!
Thanks for looking!

Are you feeling groovy? Get funky with my latest files. I designed some great files associated with the 1970's. I'd love for you to take a peek. One file is FREE but I won't tell you which one. You'll just have to visit my gallery at Cuttersmarket to see which one.

70's outfit and accessories

Super Foxy

Groovy Stars

70's tags

beaded borders

70's themed objects

I promise I will get these files in AI format soon but as they were a customer request I wanted to get them to her in the format she needed right away! Oh and if you like what you see you can save money by buying the whole collection

Have you had your veggies today? If not I have the perfect file for you. These are perfect for recipe pages or baby first foods photos!

I just had to share with you all a photo of my 10 month old daughter Adoree. We have this box we keep all her toys in and she usually reaches in and gets or tosses whatever she wants. She is a climber and finally realized she could climb into the box. Here she is sitting pretty atop her toys!

This photo isn't the best but our living has horrible lighting. Is is still cute though. This is Adoree's traditional I'm so tired pose. She always sucks her thumb and twirls her hair! It is funny how each child is different. My son definitely wasn't a thumb sucker. Even now I can tell when he is tired. He always gets this blue vein that pops out in the middle of his eyebrows. So no matter how much he stand there and insists he isn't tired. That blue line doesn't lie!

Thanks for visiting. My goal is to try to update this blog more regularly so stayed tuned. You never know when I might post a free file.
