A Heart Hop Day 1

Ahh It's Feb and despite how cold it was at the bus stop this morning...I do believe love is in the air!  I am in such a lovely mood that I am putting my whole store on sale for a few days.  Click here to find something special for your Valentine.  The discount will show up when you place the items in your cart.  STOP!  Before you go I have a few things to share with you and a freebie too!

After you get done visiting my blog at the bottom you will see links to the other "More Team" designers who are participating in the Heart Hop!

Oh my gosh!  Look at my cute baldy!  If you have been following my blog you might remember I have had problems with my daughter pulling out her hair when she was younger.  I totally put that time period out of my mind until I saw this these photos.  Not to worry though she is 5 now and has a good amount of hair.
See.... (getting her Orbees ready)

Anyway, I made the layout above using my latest digital kit...Be My Valentine.  If you're like me and have oodles of pictures that aren't scrapped then please keep digital scrapbooking in mind.  Now is the perfect time to try it out since my kit is super cheap with the Valentine sale and I bet there is a coupon floating around too that will save you even more.  Digital scrapbooking is kind to your wallet as the elements can be used over and over again...whereas with traditional scrapbooking once you use a flower it is stuck on the page never to be used again.  With Digital scrapbooking you can just copy and past and put several flowers on one layout or several different layers.  The supplies last an eternity!  Gotta love that!

If you would like to purchase my kit please click on the preview below.

Say you have no desire to do digital scrapbooking.  Remember my digital papers can be printed on your home computer.  You can even make your own double sided paper to use to on your cutter file stash. Click on the preview below if you would like to purchase the digital papers.

Just in case you want to try your hand at digital scrapbooking I am giving you a freebie card template to get you started.  Oh and if you have any questions just drop me line..shellysart at verizon dot net.

You can download the freebie by clicking HERE.  Please do not share the freebie with others..direct them here so they can download the file themselves.

Please stop by tomorrow I will have a cutter file freebie.

Here are the rest of the ladies participating in the Heart Hop stop by their blogs..
And Lori is having a sale as well.

Frugal Fridays: $1.00 number charms, lovely layout and digital stamp sneak peek!

Howdy,
Can you believe it...we are having a snow day yet again!?!  My son is home and I think my little girl is enjoying fighting with him! LOL!  ;)  I am very happy not to have to go to the bus stop and deal with all this snow and massive wind but....come Summer I am going to wish school is over!  For those of you getting bombarded by Mother Nature once again... I hope everyone stays safe and warm!

Okay now to tell you about my Frugal Friday special.  I just love charms!  However, I hate having to buy all the shapes I want.   Therefore I try and create cutter file charms and use several layers of metallic embossing powders to make them resemble metal (click here for a tut I did on this technique).   Today I have for you a very versatile number charm file for only $1.00.  The price will expire at midnight EST today Feb 26, 2010.  It is great for cards depicting milestone birthdays but if you scroll down you'll see in the wonderful layout by Pat below it works wonderful for scrapbook pages too.  Click on the file preview to purchase it in the store.

Valentine's Day is over.  Have you scraped those photos yet?  If you're like me you have several years of Valentine's photos to scrap.  Well I have a solution to your back log!  I have created a layout you can cut completely on your cutter!  Yep...every single piece of this file with the exception of the fiber used on the buttons was cut on my cutter!  Talk about a great time saver!  I usually create a layout for my daughter's album and a duplicate layout for my son's album so it's great being able to use my cutter to make multiple pages.   Click on the preview below to purchase.  Oh and as you can see the layout can be used for things other than Valentine's photos....scroll down to see Sue's cutie layout about cutie Clay!  I just love that penguin hat!  This lovely layout is on sale for less than $2.00 the rest of February.

Oh and I'm soo excited!  I just can't wait to show you!  I created my first digital stamp.  I designed it for my Mom's birthday.  I need to get the card made for her and will post that hopefully in the next few days.  This will go into my store and will include a cutter file to cut the outline out.  Here's a sneak peek!  I'd love to know what you all think!

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great weekend!
